Strathmere Lodge is seeking Bids from qualified mechanical contractors (Prime Contractors) which specialize in commercial scale specialized HVAC supply, installation, connection and upgrading for enhanced COVID transmission mitigation, enhanced system control, and improved system cooling performance. The Lodge requires the upgrade of three (3) custom heat recovery rooftop units installed circa 2005, the upgrading of nine (9) existing packages roof top units installed circa 2005 which provide heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning to ancillary spaces throughout the long term care facility, the upgrading of controls for sixty-seven (67) VVT control zones that correspond with the nine (9) existing packages roof top units, and the installation of supplemental DX cooling fan coil systems.
