Station #01 – Waterloo

Services Required:
Contract starts upon award of the Contract
Spring clean-up in month of May and/or June, fix up gardens (if applicable) to be basic and esthetically pleasant to view (possibly mulch or soil, weeding)
Grass cutting and general lawn care —notify if weeds in grass is extraordinarily out of control
Clean all Driveways and sidewalks from all debris after cutting
Weed control as required including -removing weeds from sidewalks, building perimeter and gardens
Summer period ends September 30th 2021.

Winter maintenance starts November 1, 2020. 

Priority status for snow removal.  Middlesex-London Paramedic Service stations and facilities will be prioritized for snow removal to ensure that emergency vehicles are able to enter and exit stations safely and without delay.

Automatic 24-hour snow removal service when snow fall has reached 2 inches / 5 centimeters for all asphalt surfaces

Shovel sidewalks and concrete walkways

Salt / Ice-Melter applied to all parking lots, driveways and sidewalks.  Salt / Ice-Melter used be deemed safe for use on the surface to which is applied.

Clearing and or removal of snow as required to ensure that parking lots and access ways remain open and accessible

Winter period ends April 31st 2021
